The fine print

Terms of use

Last updated October 2026. By playing Roadster, connecting a wallet or receiving a reward you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The game

Roadster is a browser game offered as is, for entertainment. Practice and quick races are free. We may change, pause or end any part of the game, including ranked races and rewards, at any time.

$RR is not an investment

$RR is a community token. It carries no promise of profit, no ownership in anything and no right to rewards. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. Token prices can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose.

Rewards

Rewards are discretionary. Amounts, schedules and eligibility can change, and a race can be voided or a payout withheld if we see cheating, bots, multiple wallets used by one person or anything else that breaks the spirit of the game. Sent transactions are public on Solana and cannot be reversed. You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use crypto assets where you live. Do not use Roadster from a place where doing so is illegal or from a sanctioned country, or if you are a sanctioned person.

Your wallet

Signing in only asks your wallet to sign a message. It never moves funds. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is not us.

Fair play

No cheating, scripted inputs, tampering with the client or server, or attacks on the service. We can block wallets or connections that do these things.

Data

We store your public wallet address, display name, race results and payout records. These appear on public leaderboards and the rewards feed. We do not sell personal data.

No warranty and limits

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost tokens, missed rewards, downtime, bugs or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute will be resolved in a competent court in the United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play means you accept the changes.
